Good evening,

We wanted to share a quick thought from the Gospel Living App:

Here’s why we can be of good cheer. The Savior has given us many reasons to smile.

Have you ever noticed that there are many scripture verses that say, “Be of good cheer”? Jesus Christ loves us and cares about our happiness.

No matter what challenges you are facing today, here are some reasons you can be of good cheer. These are promises from Jesus Christ Himself!

Doctrine & Covenants 78:18

I will lead you along.
My kingdom and its blessings are yours.
The riches of eternity are yours.
Doctrine & Covenants 61:36

I am in your midst.
I have not forsaken you.
Doctrine & Covenants 68:6

I the Lord am with you.
I will stand by you.
In other words: Jesus Christ loves you, He is with you, He will never leave you, and things will be wonderful in the end! When life is hard, let’s hold on to these truths.
