3rd Ward

Bishopric message

Brothers & Sisters,

We look forward to gathering together for sacrament meeting at 9 am. As this is a 5th Sunday all adults and youth will be combined in the chapel for the 2nd hour.

Consider the key to understanding God’s doctrine as taught by the Savior in John 7:17, “If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.” May we follow the Savior’s counsel, may we experiment on the word of God as invited by Alma, may we trust in the Lord and not in the arm of flesh as taught by Nephi. We testify that God is the author of all truth. As we follow the counsel above our faithful and righteous desires and testimony of God’s doctrine, truth, and plan for all mankind will be strengthened and magnified.
