    Bishopric message

Good evening brothers and sisters, We hope you were able to see the “Message of Hope” video from President Russell M. Nelson yesterday. He counseled us to allow the healing power of gratitude to bless our lives with peace and perspective. He told of how the Savior himself offered thanks to his Father in times of distress. He reiterated that we are to give thanks in all things, especially in our trials. President Nelson’s words are especially appropriate, given our current circumstances and the upcoming Thanksgiving Day weekend. How fortunate we are to have this timely inspiration from the Lord’s prophet. If you would like to view President Nelson’s “Message…

    Brother Wid Warner

Never have we been more broken-hearted yet filled with joy at the same time as we say farewell to our dear precious husband, father, gramps, brother and friend. We are holding on to the image of the celebration in heaven as he was welcomed home with open, loving arms. After almost losing him many times over, it taught us not to take a single day for granted and filled our hearts with gratitude for every moment we had with him. His life was a gift! Wid was born June 2, 1954 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Homer Richards Warner & Katherine Ann Romney Warner. He was named after his…

    Bishopric message

Dear brothers and Sisters, For those of you that intended to view our sacrament meeting virtually today, I apologize that you were not able to do so. Unfortunately, we experienced some unexpected technical difficulties with our YouTube streaming. The streaming was successfully tested earlier in the day, but when we went “live” it failed to function properly. We attempted to troubleshoot the issue unsuccessfully, and then tried to set up a Zoom meeting real-time. Zoom now requires passwords or manual admittance, things that we were not prepared for. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. I know many of you look forward to being part of our meetings each week. We…
