“This has been a great day. The end of my earthly travels. We decided a couple of days ago that I wasn’t going to get better and so I am able to decide it’s time to go on and be with my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I know we have been given a plan of salvation, a plan for happiness. Our Heavenly Father loves us and wants us all to be the best. He has given us tools to overcome challenges, the gospel of Jesus Christ, prayer, temples, and scriptures. If we follow Jesus Christ’s example we can have true joy. Thanks and love to you all, Brad” …

Good evening our friends in Parley’s 3rd Ward, It was a real treat to see many of you in our sacrament meetings last week. You just can’t replace being gathered together with those you care for. We wish to thank our two speakers from last week Elder Andrew Thomas and Elder William Poulson. They are two of Parley’s 3rd Ward’s finest. Their messages were inspiring to all. Similarly, our Aaronic Priesthood brethren administered the Sacrament in the most reverent and safe manner possible. We were all able to focus on the Savior, rather than being uncomfortable with the handling of the sacrament trays and emblems. This week we are pleased…

Good evening brothers and sisters, Tomorrow, Sunday September 13th will be our first opportunity to hold in-person sacrament meetings since early this year. We are excited to worship together and to see many of you face to face. Also, you may have heard on Friday, the Church and specially our area made some revisions to our church services and return to church plans. We are fortunate to be able to use virtual technology to stream sacrament meetings to our homes. We intend to do this tomorrow for both sacrament meetings. We were also given permission to have meetings of 150 people in our chapels. Up until then we were only allowed 99 people…

Good evening, We hope you are enjoying your Labor Day Weekend. Labor Day was established to honor industrious women and men that worked hard to make our country great. This year we are especially grateful for the dedicated people in health care and other industries that labor in difficult conditions to make our lives better and safer. This week we are pleased to hear from two of our Ward’s recently returned missionaries. Sister Emma Romney served faithfully in the Germany, Frankfurt Mission. Elder Max Okland returned last week from the Arkansas, Little Rock Mission. Both, Emma and Max are living in Provo attending BYU. We thank them for sharing their…
