Good evening Brothers and Sisters of Parley’s 3rd Ward,

Tomorrow at 12:00pm we will have our fast & testimony meeting for the month of December. As usual, the first Sunday attendees are last name letters A-K. Click here to participate in the meeting virtually.

In January, our sacrament meeting start times will move from 12:00pm to 9:00am. At that time our typical second hour meetings will take place after sacrament meeting at approximately 10:30am and 11:15am. Before the end of the year we will provide a revised meeting schedule for you. We plan to also switch the sacrament meeting weeks, so that both attending groups are able to have 1st Sundays (fast Sunday) in-person meetings regularly.

We are not able to have our in-person Ward Christmas party this year. However, we will have a recorded Christmas message to share, including music and Christmas greetings from many of our neighbors. You will also receive a neighborhood unifying luminary package. More details to come.

The annual Parley’s Stake Christmas Music Program will be broadcast live on the Stake website (www.parleystake.org) on Sunday December 13th at 4:00pm. We are encouraged to invite our neighbors and friends to participate. See 12/3/2020 email from the Parley’s Stake including additional details.

Lastly, the First Presidency Christmas devotional broadcast is tomorrow, December 6th at 6:00pm. You can view a livestream at churchofJesusChrist.org, BYUtv, and Latter-day Saints Channel (website, YouTube, mobile app, Roku).

As we honor our Savior Jesus Christ this season, may you feel the peace that he offers through his Atonement. May we seek this year, more than ever, the gift of gratitude, though the Giver of all gifts.
