Dear Brothers and Sisters of the Parleys 3rd Ward,

Greetings and Happy Mother’s Day! Motherhood takes on many forms and we are so grateful for ALL women in our neighborhood. Sincere thanks for the positive impact you have on all of us. We love you and we support you.

We are issuing a new challenge to our Young Women and Young Men (and their parents, and anyone else who would like to join us!) to read the ENTIRE Book of Mormon by the end of August. More details will be shared tomorrow in quorums and classes. Joseph Smith said the Book of Mormon was “the most correct of any book on earth, and the keystone of our religion, and a man would get nearer to God by abiding by its precepts, than by any other book.” We are so proud of our Youth, who are always striving to get closer to their Heavenly Father.

We received word this evening that we no longer need to limit our sacrament attendees to 150. All are welcome to come each week. This is great news! We look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
