Bishopric message
Dear Brothers & Sisters,
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our dear friend, Brother Jim Parkin this past week. Our prayers and thoughts are with Bonnie and the rest of the Parkin family at this time. We quote Brother Parkin’s Testimony in his obituary “I believe in and celebrate the living Christ. His life was real, his ministry was love and charity. His love for us is evidenced daily in our lives as we strive to follow Him and live His commandments. We must learn from Him and follow His example and one day we will again join with Him for the eternities.” We add our testimony that Jesus Christ lives and testify of His power to love, comfort, heal and unite us with Him and our loved ones forever.
