Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Tomorrow we are pleased to hear from some of our wonderful young women. Our concluding speaker will be Sister Libby Dallimore, who has served in the Washington Vancouver Mission. If you wish to participate online you can watch here.

During the second hour we will have a special 5th Sunday lesson on race and the priesthood, taught by members of our stake council. You can participate online here.

Also for your information, tomorrow we will extend a release to our current Relief Society Presidency and sustain a new presidency. On Thursday, 9/9 at 7pm there will be a Relief Society dinner hosted at the Harding’s home at the top of Bernadine.

We are sad to announce the passing of our long-time ward member and friend, Brother Dick Strong. His final moments were spent with his children at home in Bear Lake. Funeral services will be held at Larkin in Sandy this coming Thursday 9/2 at 2:00 PM.

We love you and pray for you often. May the Lord’s choicest blessings be your reward for continued personal effort to bring about righteousness!
