Present projections indicate that this work will be completed by the end of 2026. We are grateful for all who are working on this massive project. October General Conference Highlight: The Triumph of Hope. “Trey had noted in his journal these words from President Nelson’s general conference talk: “It doesn’t seem possible to feel joy when your child suffers with an incurable illness or when you lose your job or when your spouse betrays you. Yet that is precisely the joy the Savior offers. His joy is constant, assuring us that our ‘afflictions shall be but a small moment’ [Doctrine and Covenants 121:7] and be consecrated to our gain.” Brothers and sisters, the peace you seek may not come as quickly as you desire, but I promise you that as you trust in the Lord, His…

October General Conference Highlight: Living with real, true, and authentic JOY should be one of our main objectives in life. “We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ. Even as the storms of life in an…

Dear Friends and Neighbors: The end of the book of Helaman and the first few chapters of 3 Nephi present similar situations that could easily be compared to the times we live in today or may experience in the future. Why did Mormon put those chapters in the Book of Mormon? Because Jesus Christ had shown us unto the prophet Mormon; therefore, Mormon understood what we would be up against (Mormon 8: 34-35). In this week’s reading, the theme is “Arise and Come Forth unto Me”. In chapter 9 of 3 Nephi, the voice of Christ proclaims His divinity and invites men to come unto Him and be saved. Jesus…

THIS WEEK’S SPIRITUAL MESSAGE: In this week’s reading we read where the Nephites were preparing for the Gadianton Robbers to come upon them for a great battle. When the time arrived, and they saw the appearance of the Gadianton robbers, they fell to the earth and cried to the Lord that He would spare them and deliver them out of the hand of the enemies. We have seen this time and time again in the Book of Mormon. It is our hopes that in our personal lives where we may be experiencing our own battles that we may be like the Nephites where we fall to the earth in prayer…
